I have spent over 30 years of my professional life working with various water management and scientific/research institutions. I had on several occasions been instrumental in ensuring constructive dialogue between the parties and signatures on crucial agreements which in turn led to tangible improvements in the water management. I have good track record in institutional strengthening and training officials in relevant Ministries and institutions. My background gives me inside knowledge of institutional set-up of water management organizations and credibility among colleagues and counterparts. My qualifications and academic credentials in water quality modeling, hydraulic engineering, river bed training and extensive track record of assessing equipments needs and inventories, advising institutions on financing of water supply and sanitation programs as well as capacity development and staff training make me well placed to undertake assessment of water resources. I also have experience in database establishment and maintaining. I have worked with international development institutions continuously for 15 years. More recently, I have been leading multinational teams for an EU- and the World Bank-funded projects which were aimed at improving resource planning and management. MS Office computer literate.
